We are proud of our efforts in helping to establish the original charter school legislation. Since that legislation took effect in 1995, we have been privileged to serve on school founding boards and school operating boards. We have worked with start-up charters and conversion charters, helping to explain and implement the myriad insurance requirements imposed by School District sponsors on charter school operators. And while charter and private schools are our passion, providing school-based insurance coverage is our business.
